You should plan your whole exercise slots’, for the week ahead so you can organize other arrangements around them. Make sure you remember to include the time for clothes to shower and change if you’re going to do an activity that makes you sweat.

One thing to remember is not to provide too much exercise right now because it can be difficult to continue this. Instead, plan to exercise several times a week to start with for short periods and then work up from there. You about much more likely to see long term results in this way even if you don’t seem to make progress both in the short term.
