Modern lifestyle greatly affect one’s healthy lifestyle. Because modern lifestyle also causes diet, exercise diligently, and the rest is pretty hard to live.

Too busy, and lack of leisure time is often one of the reasons lazy to exercise. Modern lifestyle instant versatile and practical, makes people lazy to run a healthy lifestyle.

Restaurants serving fast food more mushrooming. Although the food prices relatively high, but not discourage buyers to enjoy it.

Nutritional in it was no longer considered good. Nutrients absorbed when eating fast food type is not complete, and more fat that can endanger health.

Calories and high cholesterol, and fiber are usually low will cause fat to be easily formed in the body if not balanced with physical activity or exercise diligent. Various diseases can arise if often eat fast food. Not to mention can cause obesity (overweight).

This lifestyle can invite degenerative diseases or diseases that many causes of death in the world like a cancer.

Cancer is one disease caused by a pattern of life that is not healthy. From year to year, the age of the younger cancer patients only. Cancer is usually identified for adult disease, now can strike young people. Because of that, one way to prevent it must begin to realize early on. Namely through the selection of appropriate food intake in everyday life.

Data from the American Cancer Society (ACS) shows that external factors, including tobacco use, diet, infectious diseases, chemicals, and radiation contributes about 75 percent of all cancers in the United States. While genetic factors or descendants only contributed 5 to 10 per cent to cause cancer.

In between it all, tobacco use, unhealthy diet and physical inactivity are factors that most affect cancer risk. For the data in Indonesia, the statistics do not exist. But at least the data from Uncle Sam’s country is able to describe how external factors influence on cancer big enough.
