• Do not expect to lose more than 1 pound per week. Losing more than 2 pounds per week can be dangerous as your fat burning can do harm to your kidneys. You need to lose the weight at a rate that is healthy for your body. So take your time and worry about getting yourself into healthy habits rather than burning as much weight as possible.
• Build a reliable support team. The best thing that you could do is to get as many family members involved with your weight loss program. They can be your main support and will help make sure that you are making good decisions. And you will also be able to set a good example for them and get them to start making healthy choices and habits.
It is possible for you to loss weight quickly if you exercise, eat right and detoxify your body. Without detoxification your body will not burn the fat properly and you could gain the weight back just as fast as you lost it.
