I live in a house with some relatives. We all are college students. It is fun enough to have housemates in the more or less same age. In general, it can be said that we are get along quite well. But that is not what I want to tell you. This is about one of my cousin who gets a “wrong” concept of fashion. This cousin of mine used to be a person who doesn’t care about herself. I don’t think it has anything to do with her house in the countryside. Now, as some of us are very stylish and care about themselves, she starts to follow our way. Because her parents are rich, she starts to go hair spa in an expensive salon down the city, buy expensive clothes (and expensive clothes only), spray some expensive eau de toilette, has her hair straightened, and all.
She won’t look twice to replica watches or replica handbags. I didn’t say that buying expensive things to improve yourself is not good, but when you think that using the expensive things will make you look better than using the less expensive ones, you totally get it wrong. This cousin of mine is the worse. She even says the expensive polo shirts are cute. Come on! How can a polo shirt be cute?
A designer once said, “Being fashionable is easy, but being stylish is another thing.” Well, it’s not the expensive thing that makes you look gorgeous; it is what’s inside you. When you keep your body healthy, you can wear anything you want and still look gorgeous.
